Some of my fondest memories as a child was making "Dough Babies" with the crust edges of my grandmother's delicious homemade pies and as I got older cooking dinner every night with my mother while we watched afternoon talk shows. These two women lead me to my passion for cooking.
As I have traveled the country taking various cooking classes I have made some wonderful friends with fellow classmates and instructors.
Our goal at Kitchen Capers Cooking school is to share our passion with fellow "foodies", encourage new chefs young and old to develop new techniques, all while making new friends and having a wonderful time.
